Certificates of appreciation for outstanding commitment and dedication were presented to the volunteers who man the National Senior Helpline by Damian Leneghan, Head of Training & Volunteer Development at Third Age.

The volunteers have been manning the Senior Help Line for the past nine years taking thousands of calls. The service is now centralised in Dublin.
