Are you 65 or older and own your home which was built before 2002? If you, or someone living with you receives the winter fuel allowance then you could qualify for the following:

What if I have no winter fuel allowance?

It is means tested, you should apply if your total household income is less than €330 per week and you have less than €58,000 in savings.
